Above you see a picture of my amazing creation. Once a year my sister in law and I get together and mass produce these babies! We made 20 pumpkin rolls in 3 hours, and that was with us having to leave to the store to get more cream cheese!!! This is a project that took 5 dozen eggs, 4 cans of Large pumpkin, 12 packages of Cream Cheese and alot other ingredients that would take to long to list. Thanks Angie for putting up with my sarcasm once (or a bizillion) times a year. This is a task that I am always glad when it is done that we only do once a year!

I am a Master Chef!!

i freaking love pumpkin rolls.. you can send some to me if you want to get rid of any, that would be fine.
Did I miss you when you attempted to bring some to my house? Because I know that there is no way you would forget to bring me some of those...
Ambitious...that is all I have to say.
I couldn't sleep at night knowing I had that many pumpkins rolls in my freezer. They would be gone. YUM!
