5th ROW BABY!!!!

Yep I got Em'!!

I got the tickets to see HAMMER and Vanilla. It is official they will be in the mail tomorrow. I was so stressed out all morning wanting to make sure that I got the best tickets possible to the concert. When I logged on to purchase them the computer would only let me buy 8 at a time, which meant that we would not all be sitting together, so I called in and told the lady that I needed 14 of her best seated tickets and that it was for my Birthday. So she got us 5th ROW!! I was so excited. The only thing I am worried about is that I told all of my friends that it probably started at 7pm and that we should be home by 10, but that isn't going to happen. You see the concert doesn't even start until 9!! Hammer has to be like 50 now, how can he do that? For the last 2 months I am lucky to be awake after 8.

I might have to drink a ROCK STAR...

so I will be able to stay awake through the whole concert. Because we probably will be getting home around

AM that is!!!

Get ready for a wild night because NO MEN ALLOWED. This should prove to be my most memorable birthday party ever!!!

Most of all I am hoping that ROB (Vanilla) will be wearing something like this:And second of all I am hoping that Hammer even though he is probably a Grandpa now can still move like THIS.

So Ladies get on EBAY and start looking for your Hammer pants because I am sure that none of our old ones will still fit us!

And PLEASE HAMMER DON'T HURT US. Because we will be so close to you that you will probably be able to touch us.

OFF GROUNDED!!!

Grounding your kids can be very nice, for instance, if your kids are grounded on the weekend then you have a ready made baby sitter for the weekends!! But for once in 2 years all of my kids are off restriction, or grounding, all at the same time. It seems as though Har Bar has been grounded for 2 years straight! Well I guess you might say she is still grounded since she lost her Social Studies book last term and I got a bill for $65.00 for it. So she is trying to earn that money but I haven't kept her under lock and key while she is earning it. Here are some of the ways that she has been earning the money:

Baby Sitting and she kinda sucks at it, at least when she is tending her own siblings. She vacuums out my car. One time she wanted money to go to the movies and I told her to vacuum out the car and she did a pretty good job. So my car needed it and so I told her to do it again and she replied, "Just because I am good at it doesn't mean I have to do it everytime." So she vacuumed out the bug and did a terrible job, I don't know if she was trying to do that so I wouldn't ask her to do it again or if she is BLIND!!!

Any how if you have any toilets that need to be scrubbed or walks that need to be shoveled call Har Bar and she will come right over! $65.00 is gonna take her a year at the rate she is going at our house, because I pay on how good a job she does!!

Not to go to MC Hammer and Vanilla Ice for my Birthday!!! The Girls and I always do something fun to celebrate our Birthday's and we've done everything from Good Things Utah to Witches Night Out and Festival of the Trees. JoAnn said that we have to do something Fun for mine too. At first we were going to go to the Price is Right then instead maybe a Night in Park City and on to shopping. Nothing was falling into place, nothing felt right and now I know why. With some divine intervention I turned on the radio when I went to pick up my kids from school and I am listening to my favorite radio station Movin 100.7 and I hear it........


MC HAMMER and VANILLA ICE are coming in Concert and it is a day after my 29th Birthday so I call Vanessa and I am freakin out about because this is perfect, this is what we are going to do. The tickets go on sale soon and it will soon be official. This is going to be HUGE!!! DON"T BE HATIN BECAUSE YOUR JEALOUS!!!! PLAYA!!!

What is all the HOOPLA about?

This may seem UNPATRIOTIC, but I don't understand why the whole world thinks that one man is going to change the world. Yesterday I was watching the inauguration of President Obama and I was amazed at the amount of people that showed up. Mainly because there was so much hype about it and I don't remember any of this happening for any of the Presidents that have been in office while I have been alive. I can't figure out why the world thinks that he is going to be able to fix all the problems in the world. There was so much OPTIMISM yesterday and I so want to get into that spirit. But most of my thinking is that our problems are WAY BIGGER than Mr. Obama is going to be able to fix. So hopefully those 2 million people know something I don't know and all the problems with the economy will just disappear!!!

GROUNDED!

So it was Parent Teacher or SEP conferences this week and everytime I pick up my kids from school on this day I say " Is there anything you want to tell me before we go see your teacher?" and they usually say no. This year Kaleb's friend Ivan got in my car and said, "Kaleb is going to be in so much trouble today." So I again asked Kaleb and he told me he got in trouble for talking. So fast forward an hour as we are leaving his SEP's......KALEB IS SOOOO GROUNDED!!!

So for undisclosed reasons he got grounded and lets just say it wasn't only because he was talking to much. So we get home and Jason and I took every possession of his away. Every Christmas present, his TV, his Nintendo DS, ETC. All day Friday he sits around and does NOTHING. And I asked him at the end of the day how being grounded was. Having anything and everything that he loves taken away from him. And he answers by saying, "You didn't take one thing that I love away from me." And I am thinking, What is it so I can take it away. And he answers with, "You, snuggling with you."





How can I still ground him with that answer you ask??? EASY, I just think back on that SEP conference!!!! Hopefully we NEVER have another Conference like this again!!

Dear Toothfairy. I know you aren't Real BUT......

So about 3 years ago Cheylula came home from school with a few TOUGH questions for me. She wanted to know what her friends big secret was about the Tooth Fairy. After about 5 days of me avoiding the question I let her in on it. And then she wanted to know about the Easter Bunny, Santa, etc. So I said, "Do you really want to know?" And of couse she did, so I enlightened her.

It has been a while since Chey lost a tooth because they are SNAGGLE TOOTH for about a year before they simply fall out of her mouth because she won't pull them out. WIMP, they don't even bleed when the fall out!!

So last night she finally had one fall out that we have been waiting for for about 6 months and she was really excited because it didn't hurt and she was gonna get a visit from the Tooth Fairy.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? I told her the Tooth Fairy doesn't come to her anymore. But when I woke up this morning this is what I found.....

FAKING IT DOESN'T WORK ANYMORE CHEYENNE!!! And what is up with the Spelling??? She definitely doesn't take after me in that department!!

New Hair Product- You should try it!!

Rian or Rainy as we call her is following in her Big Sister Har Bar's footsteps and venturing into the Beauty Business. But she is not copying other stylists. NO... she is blazing her own trails.Rian LOVES lotion. If you want to put some on her plan on her just taking a bath in it!
And she is proud of how beautiful she is when she is all done!
If she could she would put lotion on all day long!Who knows maybe I will get lucky and she will be a Plastic Surgeon or an Esthetician!!!

My Favorite Christmas Gift!

This is a picture of my favorite gift I got for Christmas this year. I get a lb of See's Mint Truffles every year and I love them and you can see just how much in my BUTT about a week after Christmas.
This is what my box of Chocolates looks like 3 days after Christmas, not because I ate them all. You might want to take note of Rian's behind this year as she ate about 3/4 of the box in 3 days. Today I ate a truffle about 11 am and there was about15 left. I went back at 4:30 to get another one as my butt was feeling a little too skinny and this is what I found.

I looked over at Rian and I could see where all 15 of them went!!

How can you get mad at this face, the way I look at it is BETTER HER BUTT THAN MINE!!!

CHRISTMAS EVE 2008

Christmas Eve was very eventful this year, we started out by going sled riding at Peteeneet!!

My Nephew MAXX!!

Kaleb took on SnowBoarding most of the day, but on this run he took the GIRLS TUBE!!
Notice Har Bar is MIA! She is way tooo cool to go sled riding. Here is Chey with her normal face!! WHINING!!

Then we ventured onto the CEMETERY where we lit candles for JAKE and ZEKE!! This is something that we do every Christmas Eve and it is a very emotional time for our Family. Jake has been gone for almost 3 years and it is as painful when we go visit his grave as the day of the Funeral. I don't know if it will ever be easy, but we have to go so that we can keep him in our hearts and so that our kids will know him.

This is a picture of his headstone, I miss him so much!!! I think of all the things I would say to him if I only could have one more conversation with him. I know I will one day get to say all of these words to him!
This is a picture of Zeke's headstone, for some reason it is not as painful to go to his grave as it is my brothers, perhaps because I believe I will get to hold him again!!

Then onto much Happier moments when the kids open their Christmas Eve Gifts.... PAJAMAS!

The Kids know what they are getting every Christmas Eve as it is a tradition in our house but they still love it!!


Rian got Minnie Mouse PJ's and she literally didn't take them off for 2 days!! Glad she liked them!!

WTC???

What in the Crap is up with all the snow?? I feel like I am living in Alaska! The only difference is that we can't see Russia from our windows like Sarah Palin!!! Don't get me wrong I love the snow UNTIL Christmas, but I wish it would pace itself. It is seriously KILLING ME!!

The Master Craftsman

My Husband is a Master Craftsman, or maybe he is just cheap!

These pictures are of 2 planes one is white and foam and the other is yellow and plastic. This whole story started when he bought an airplane to fly outside and he crashed it pretty much the first time he flew it. So he gathered all the pieces and put them in the garage.

I think most people would have thrown the broken plane away, but no, not Jason he is way too clever and handy for that. So one day he bought a new plane, one that might be a little more forgiving when it crashed.

And this is what he did. He took the little engine and propellers and wedged out a perfect space in his new plane for the old planes parts and DUCT TAPED them on to the foam plane. This is what Jason looks like when he knows that I am taking pictures of him and that he will be the subject of my new blog post.
And this is the finished project! He went out to fly it and it crashed on the first try!!! But I am sure the next time he puts the parts on a new plane it'll all work out just fine for him!!!

CHILI"S and Festival of the Trees, what more can a group of Friends ask for??

Vanessa, Amanda, JoAnn and I got together last night to celebrate JoAnn's Birthday, it was a little late but still a lot of fun! We headed up to the LAKE and hit JoAnn's favorite restaurant CHILI'S. Dinner was good but the real treat was Vanessa hooking our waiter up with her sister in law. Warning: if you are single and Vanessa knows it you could have an arranged marriage without you even meeting your future spouse!! So hopefully he isn't a serial Killer! Then we headed over to the Festival of the Trees. This was a little overwhelming there was a bizillion trees to look at. We saw Samuel McClusky's tree and it was very touching. This kind of makes me sad to see all of the loved ones that families and friends have done trees in their remembrance. It makes me think of Jake and my little Zeke. But there were some pretty cool trees. The highlight of the evening was watching people, how they acted and most of all what they thought was appropriate to leave the house in. I could NOT believe how some of them were dressed. HORRENDOUS, I tell you! Any ways Happy (LATE) Birthday JoAnn!

Disney World 2008

WARNING: PICTURE OVERLOAD!!

It seems like I take my kids to Disney World every year. But there is one guarantee: They won't be going next year!! My kids are pretty good kids overall but when you go on vacation with the Kunzler Clan my kids look like complete TERRORS!! We went to Mickey's Magical Christmas party and it was really fun, it did rain on us alot but we still had fun! Cinderellas Castle was amazing!We waited in line for about 45 minutes so Rian could see her idols Mickey and Minnie and this is how she greeted them!!

We went to Sea World the first day we were in Florida and my kids had a lot of fun! This is JoAnn waiting to get Splashed by Shamu!
Our hotel was amazing we had an indoor pool and the kids swam all day if we weren't at a park!

Here is Kaleb on the Plane, he loves to take pictures of himself. This was the only picture I had of him on the Vacation. I suck at picture taking!!! All in all we had alot of fun, Next time I hit Disney World it'll probably be minus 4 children though!!!

Black Friday a COMPLETE SUCCESS!

SUCCESS, Yes you heard it right, I got everything I went looking for on Friday. So those of you who went to Walmart in search of a Power Wheels Jeep and came out empty handed, I am Sorry that Walmart didn't have enought for everyone, but the important thing is that I came I saw and I conquered BLACK FRIDAY!!! (was there ever any doubt?) But the real treat was Friday night when the whole FAM DAM heads over to Spanish Fork to the Christmas Night Parade.
As you can see Rian thoroughly enjoyed herself, I think she didn't want to sit on Har Bar's Lap!

Kaleb is a GRANNY'S BOY!!Kaleb had a lot of fun, I am not sure what this face he is making is but it is interesting!!

BLACK FRIDAY is almost here!!!

Who doesn't love getting up at 4 am and heading out shopping on Black Friday??? If this isn't something you have ever experienced then you need to come with me. It is truly a SPORT, and I love it. Every year my sisters and I get up around 3 or 4 am and head down to Wally World, where all the good deals are. They shrink wrap the pallets of anything on the BLITZ ad and at 5 am the poor employees have to cut the shrink wrap and try to dodge out of all of the commotion. IT IS GREAT. Most of the time I don't even have anything I am looking for I just go for the fun of it. If you want to go meet us at walmart at 5am or before if you want to get ahold of any of the deals!!

The Race is Over!!

Yes you heard right....YOU ALL LOST! I am the first to get my christmas lights up this year! I even beat Riley who LOVES the Holidays. As my Dad has always said to me, "Your running a race all by your self, no one is competing with you" Which may be true. But for all who know me well everything in Life is a COMPETITION!!! Today while I was hanging my lights, I got off the ladder because I noticed the UPS man was coming to my house. And he said to me, "It's a good thing that you got off your Ladder because anyone hanging their Christmas Lights this early needs to be knocked off the Ladder!" And I replied with a "Oh yeah, I bet your wife wishes her lights were already hung!" Then my neighbor yelled to me as I was finishing "Your making all the men in the neighborhood look bad". That may be true but the most important thing is that I WON!!! Even if no one was competing with me!!! I really just wanted them hung before I went to FLORIDA next week so I could enjoy them when I got back, and this weekend.....THE CHRISTMAS TREE!!!

Witches Night Out!

Here we are, us Witches, although earlier in the day you might have switched the "W" to a "B" for me. I had an awful day, and to be honest with you I suck at wanting to dress up, so this was as Witchy as I could dress. Jason told me earlier as I was trying to find something to wear that the only thing witchy on me was my SCOWL! But I did have a ton of fun, we went out to eat at Famous Daves, and other than the entire restaurant staring at us as we were seated, and me tripping on JoAnn's shoes and kicking some little toddlers high chair nearly giving him whiplash it was very fun!

After Dinner we headed out to Gardners Village and did some browsing and shopping, but most of all we just WATCHED other witches and warlocks, some people are very interesting! But thanks to LeAnn, Shannon, Vanessa, Amanda and JoAnn for putting up with my WITCHY attitude and letting me come, I had a blast!
